Good Quality Product | No Customer Service?

I bought both the shirt and the shorts. They were both good quality, durable and thick. However, the shorts run too small. I typically wear a 6-8 women's long and so I purchased a medium. The slits turned out to be pretty aggressive on the leg so I can not wear these shorts unless under my gi... but not comfortably.

I sent for an exchange on 30 April 2023 (RMA1405216) and have not heard back. Every now and then I pop on the website in hopes that one is in stock so that I can buy it but I have not had much luck.

This makes me really sad because I was excited to receive this product and good quality at too! Now I am stuck with a mismatched set due to poor customer service.

Bummer :(

I would say size up for women who have big glutes. They are comfortable. I have tested the quality and durability. I have a 28 waist and 38 hip. I purchased an XS I will purchase a small next time.

Got an email saying label was printed on September 18th check tracking number says has not been picked up yet by carrier. I have not received product. Review has of now would be shipping takes way to long and nice I receive product I will leave another review.

Great quality, but runs small. Similar to the rash guard sizing. I assumed I’d need to size up, so I did. Still very tight fitting around the thigh/butt area. Certainly wearable still and I will continue to use these on the mats, but I recommend going up 2 sizes
