Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- All pre-order items will be shipped at date noted on product page
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
- USA
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
- International
- USPS First Class International: 7-21 business days
Delivery times are estimations and vary based on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method for international addresses.
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 (After discounts applied).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to item availability . You’ll receive tracking for each package if applicable.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the shipping option. We do not cover any customs delays.
*If a package is refused we will only issue a refund for the order minus the original shipping cost.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund/credit for such situations.
Delivered Packages
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We would not be liable to issue any type of refund or credit for such cases as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.
