Many of us fail simply because we never start. We think that we need elaborate things to reach our goals. A complicated system. A complex spreadsheet. A perfectly planned timeline.

Face it, we’re impressed by complex plans.

We can even get emotionally attached to them, but we rarely implement them.. because they’re complicated. Complexity invites suspicion, analysis, and debate. It suppresses action.

That’s why we opt for simplicity.

A straight-forward, simple plan invites action. It spurs leadership. It builds momentum. All of which are required to walk our path.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. 🦅
