FEW WILL HUNT 30-for-30

This new program presents you with a monthly challenge ("a hard thing") to build

Your physical toughness,

Your mental toughness, and

Your relationships within the FWH community.

It’s all about leveling up your resilience and relationships!

It starts TODAY and 

July 2022's challenge is:

30 push-ups for 30 consecutive days

Simple. (But not easy!)

Even if you're a push-up master like our good friend and former Navy Seal Ray "Cash" Care,

Life's chaos will attempt to throw off your consecutive streak —

But I know that you'll rise to the occasion,

Stay disciplined,

And get it done.

I'm crazy eager to see how our community responds to this challenge!!

WAIT, allow me to read your mind…….

You have questions.

Good.

I have answers.

Here are 4 simple 30-for-30 ground rules:

Rule #1 If you miss a day, you're out of the challenge.

Rule #2 If you miss a day, you're out of the challenge.

Yes, Rule #2 reinforces Rule #1. (And I just went Fight Club on you.)

You're doing 30 of something (i.e., push-ups) for 30 consecutive days…

No exceptions.

If you get kicked out of the challenge for missing a day, 

We suggest donating $30 to your favorite charity. 

We support many veteran, youth, and animal rescue causes, so we'll suggest one if ya need it. :)

Rule #3 Modifying is OK… quitting is NOT.

Can't do strict push-ups? Can only do 14 strict push-ups? That's OK. Modify the push-ups and make it to 30. 30-for-30 benefits are more than just physical; we want you to reap as many as possible.

Rule #4 Mark off your completed day on your FWH 30-for-30 Tracker and post it in your story/feed.
