Pain Gym Flag (5' x 3')

This is exactly what I was looking for and the message, simple yet impactful - this was spot on. I have this hanging in my office and to dress it up, I searched and found a top and bottom frame to help it stand out. Great investment and have received great feedback. Just bought some additional items too.
