EAT CHICKEN & RUN

When I was 15, I was 270 lbs.

One day, my girlfriend called me out of the blue.

When I asked her what was going on, she broke up with me…

I was heartbroken for weeks.

I was never going to love again.

Until one day, I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself.

I realized if I was ever going to get a girl’s attention, I would first need to shed a few pounds.

I ran downstairs and asked my mom how to lose weight.

She replied: “Eat chicken and run.”

So that’s what I did.

I ate chicken and broccoli for every meal.

I ran 3-5 miles per day.

I lost over 100 lbs. that year.

I share this with you not because it is good health advice.

But it applies a fundamental rule that I use in all areas of my life to guarantee success.

Simplify and execute.

People tend to over-strategize their plans for success.

They spend more time planning than they do actually taking action.

So, here is how I simplify and execute any big goal:

-Simplify the plan (as little actions as possible)
-Take action
-Repeat successful actions

I discuss all of the tools and strategies I used to build my body, brain, and business on a daily basis with our FWH RISE community.

Keep HUNTN!
